Handset Replacement Program
The ACT Mobile Handset Replacement and Extended Warranty Program provides for the repair or replacement of your wireless telephone in the event of theft, damage or failure. Additionally, your wireless telephone will also be covered by an extended warranty for manufacturer defects for as long as you are an ACT Mobile customer.
- $4.99 per month per phone
- Handset Replacement Program is available to new activations only, with a two year agreement.
- $45.00 Non-refundable deductible per approved claim will apply
- $150.00 Non-refundable deductible per approved claim will apply on all Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) phone claims.
- 2-Claim limit per 12 month period
- $600.00 claim limit
- If your phone is accidentally damaged, report your claim on an ACT Mobile Claim Form and submit the claim along with the damaged phone to ACT Mobile within 60 days of the incident.
- Report any stolen ACT Mobile phone to a law enforcement officer immediately. Report the stolen phone claim on an ACT Mobile Claim Form and submit the claim form along with a copy of the police report within 60 days of the incident.
- Upon receipt of an approved ACT Mobile Claim Form, you will be provided with a replacement phone of like kind.
- No cash reimbursements will be paid.
