RT Communications can assure quality service and repairs up to your home, but all wiring inside your residence is the responsibility of the customer. That’s where Wire Maintenance comes in.
What is Wire Maintenance?
Wire Maintenance is a service offered by RT Communications that protects you from costly repair or replacement of damaged telephone wiring and jacks in your home. With Wire Maintenance any problems with the telephone wiring inside your residence is covered. This service covers you from the point the wiring enters the house to the jack your phone is plugged into.
Are there any items Wire Maintenance does not cover?
Wire Maintenance covers all wiring and jacks installed by RT Communications as well as wiring and jacks installed by others, as long as it is in compliance with all required standards for basic telephony inside wiring. Wire Maintenance will not cover telephones, answering machines, cordless phones or any other Customer Premise Equipment. Wiring destroyed by fire, flood or natural disaster and wiring connecting separate buildings or wiring for new construction is not covered by Wire Maintenance.
Wire Maintenance is simple and predictable. You’ll only pay $1.95 per month with no other hidden charges. For this low monthly investment, you’ll get peace of mind knowing you won’t ever have to pay for any surprise expenses related to fixing your telephone.
